You need to work some more on the stockings' fits. You were using DazStudio, right? The Smoothing Modifier is great for fitting the stockings. Send me a note if you don't know how to use it, I'll be glad to help.

Thx, i am using daz studio and used the smoothing tool, but without the mesh modifier tool

Dial some morphs to make the stockings tighter than the legs. Apply the Smoothing Modifier to the stockings. From the Mesh Smoothing parameter, select V4(or whatever mesh you're using at the moment) as a Collision Item. And they should wrap almost perfectly around your character's legs.
