"This doodle bag is an upcylced vintage clutch style purse that has been completely covered with one-of-a-kind, hand drawn illustrations. I simply took a twenty-four-color pack of Sharpies and got to work. The theme of this bag is the 1987 fantasy film, "The Princess Bride." Depicted on the purse are portraits of all of the main characters from the movie--Buttercup, Westley, Inigo Montoya, Vizzini, Fezzik, Prince Humperdinck, Count Tyrone Rugen The Six-Fingered Man, Miracle Max, Valerie, the narrator Grandfather and his Grandson. Some memorable quotes by each character are also listed on the purse to capture the fantastic spirit and sense of humor of the film.

This pretty pastel pink evening bag is about 10" wide and has a sturdy gold chain handle that is long enough to sling comfortably over a shoulder. It has a very classic retro style, probably from the 1960's or 1970's. This bag has one interior pocket and fastens shut with a magnetic snap closure. I used to make themed bags like these for my friends as gifts and they always would get tons of compliments whenever they would wear them out. The illustrations are quite durable and will last as long as the bag does if you use common sense. I would stick to hand washing or spot washing if it gets dirty, for instance, just to stay on the safe side. This purse comes signed by me on the sides, along with the name of my Etsy store if anyone asks you where you got it…and you know they will."
