This is a great picture. Mew's body is well-proportioned and has the same fluid movements as it does in the movie, with no awkward angles that usually don't look quite right. The colouring and shading have been done accurately with the right colours (a good colour transition, too) in an appropriate texture.
The thick black lines around Mew's body add real emphasis to the subject, as does the thinner white lines which make sure that Mew doesn't blend in too much with the background. Altering the thickness of the black lines was a good choice, otherwise it would have looked clunky.
The background has been given the right amount of attention so that it looks good and frames the subject, but doesn't steal the show.
Just be careful with Mew's feet - they look just a little awkward and maybe grab too much attention, but hey, that's probably just me.
