He noticed the little things that were gone and had watched the raven take them, but Vorstag didn't mind. Little shiny pieces of trash or small knick knacks would just disappear with a blur of bluish-black. He thought that maybe the little bird would get more use out of his old things than he would. Until one peaceful morning he awoke to one of his prized possessions missing. A necklace, a very simple piece of jewelry in itself, a tooth from his first dangerous kill tied with a leather cord. A sentimental piece that he had given to his late soul-mate. He tracked the raven to the rocky plains that sat in the shadow of Haldor's Pass and patiently waited for his chance to spring as the raven flew low to the ground.
