If it weren't for the hair I would have thought this was a completely different character 
I love the costume design, I'm a sucker for detailed armour (not the tedious task of drawing it though) But it looks so cool and suits him just as well as his normal clothes do

Wow, this is quite the amazing concept!
It's plain to see how some thought went into a ton of details. The intricate patterns on his clothes look great.
The way you designed Cloud, including his facial expression, it makes him look tougher too - and not just like a plain cold and passive hero but rather a more accomplished, solid-minded veteran now in his late twenties or early thirties.
This inspires me a lot. This is going straight to my favorites!

I do not have the words to express my awe, admiration and wonder at this piece. The details are amazing. I love the color scheme that you chose for him, even the darkening of the hair fits him so well. The textures on the feathers are inspiring and the light effects are wonderful.
