Here in the snowy forests of Alaska, we see a pack of northwestern wolves hunting a herd of Grant's caribou. Wolves are just one of the main predators of the caribou. However, both male and female caribou have antlers to fend off predators. Male caribou also use their antlers to fight rival males. For now, this male caribou is being chased by wolves, but if he gets into the dead end and the wolves catch up, the caribou will use his antlers for combat.
