Description
Now introducing my third original Warriors character, Boxswipe! I made up his name myself, and decided to set him and Nightingale a distance away from the rest of the Clans. ^^

Names: Unknown, Box, Boxswipe
Clan: SkyClan
Rank: Daylight-warrior
Roots: Loner
Appearance: Fairly hefty, longhaired, black-and-white tuxedo polydactyl (Hemingway) tom with a notch in the tip of his left ear and green eyes. His white marks include his chest, underbelly, stockings on his forelegs, socks on his hind legs, and marks on his upper muzzle that make him look kind of like he has a moustache. Wears a red collar with a gold name/phone number tag and a green rabies tag.

Personality: Very much the "strong, silent type," Boxswipe is fairly gruff and strict. Despite this, he is an incredible teacher/mentor and believes that if someone has useful knowledge of anything, it should be shared with everyone. He doesn't speak much, but when he does, he's very brusque and grows irritated if the cat addressing him fails to pay close attention, because he hates having to repeat himself.

Background:
Boxswipe was born to a loner mother with a few littermates. He was caught by Twolegs at a young age and taken to the Cutter (veterinarian) to be neutered, where a notch was made in his left ear to signify that he was already fixed. He was then released to wander free as a loner again, but he felt less inclined to roam than previously. Because of this decreased urge, he decided to find a Twoleg nest where he could settle and live happily, where this unnamed tom came to be known as Box.

A couple of years of living with his housefolk passed before Nightingale was brought into Box's life. He developed a fatherly fondness for the skittish she-cat and always defended her whenever their housefolk allowed them outside.

One day while they were on a trek through the neighbourhood, Box and Nightingale were hailed by an unknown cat and invited to come to a meeting in the gully nearby, to learn about SkyClan. They had heard other kittypets talk of the Clan, so Box cautiously accepted the invitation. They were greeted warmly and, after listening to all the information, presented the choice of leaving their housefolk and living with SkyClan permanently, or becoming what the Clan cats called "daylight-warriors." Box decided for the both of them that they would be daylight-warriors (Nightingale didn't mind this decision at all), and Box was shortly rechristened as Boxswipe because of his age and experience, and given Nightingale as his apprentice. His extra toes make him an ideal hunter for his Clan.

Boxswipe continues to serve SkyClan as a loyal warrior, though he does enjoy the fruits of being a kittypet all the same.
