I think that's because I'm using film and scanning to CD. There are some losses in that process.

ah....that makes sense - scan at a higher dpi and then reduce the size to put it up on dev art

If they're built on low ground they have to be tall and so are architecturally more impressive. If they're perched on a high hill they can be little shrimps like this one.
