I think one of the only reasons they're not putting her into the game, is mostly 'cause of her role in Starfox Command, and how fucked up her persona was, going from an ally, to a traitor and enemy, to a wandering rogue. and second, Sakurai once said that "just because you try hard, doesn't mean you'll make it into the game."
