Just having some fun with the idea of gifts...
Frankly, one of the nicest parts of a relationship is being able to 'treat' your special someone with their favorite fantasy, indulging them so thoroughly and completely that they're left weak, helpless, and smiling stupidly.
And you know you're in love when you worry, just a little, that you haven't been able to do this as often as your companion deserves.
*sighs*
Milady treats me more often than I can her, at least it feels that way. Probably one of the reasons that after more than 20 years, we're still accused of acting like newlyweds.
*grins*
Lots of work, but it's FUN!

Glad to be able to act like that.
I feel like I gotta put as much energy into paying attention to Milady as I can, to kind of make up for all the years I won't be there for her. (I have a genetic degenerative disorder; I've already outlived all the estimates. It's a daily fight, very hard at times, and Milady is incredibly brave and supportive. There's been a lot of mornings I've had to grit my teeth at the pain, and refuse to back off from the gates of Hell, because I won't leave her before they force me to. I have things to do for her first.)
Relationships are always a risk, no two ways about it. Done properly, you're opening yourself in a way you'll never do for anyone else. And It's continual, hard work. But it's joyful, grinning at the challenge, spitting back at the wind, happiness that can't be matched by anything else on the planet.
When you come right down to it, the only warmth to be had in this big, cold universe, is found in the tiny flickering flame of another person's soul.
Go give your lover a hug for an old ogre.

*grins*
Actually, it HAS been mentioned even before this that I belong to the too-damn-stubborn-to-die classification.
I'll keep trying. Milady has asked me to, in any case...

Thanks.
I managed to survive another convention appearance, so now I get ready to do a reading of Paum locally, and rest for a bit...
(rest for a bit. Read; do as much studio work as I can while telling the doctors that I really am taking it easy... *grins*)

At least you have been together that long. ^_^ It is good to hear that you and your lady still act like newlyweds.. My parents do as well.

May it continue for another 20.... You lucky man!

Thanks.
My parents gently embarrassed me way into my teen years, until I fully understood pda and what it really meant. Now I consider it my sacred duty to pass down the tradition.
Except my kids seem a lot better adjusted, and not very embarrassed. Maybe I'm not doing it right. Better dig out the Addams Family videos and study Gomez for a bit... (family in-joke; Milady says sometimes she thinks I learned romance from the old Addams Family sitcoms. I'll admit, I do tend to get, well, frisky at times.)
I figure I have to put as much energy into my love as I can, to make up for the years I won't be there. Yeah, I know it's not possible, but reality's never stopped me before... *grins*

hehe. Reality? Whats that?

Well, there are worse places you could have learned... Gomez, while slightly odd, loved his lady with every fiber of his being. Maybe one day I too will have a lady.... *sigh* Till then, I'll just work on becoming a doctor.

O, I also wanted to let you know that as soon as I have a chance to make it to the post office, I'll be sending you the money order.

You need to go to conventions.
Smart, sexy women with a flair for the unusual.
It's where I met Milady.

If I had

1.) Time

and

2.) Money

I would gladly go. So far I have paid my 2 years of college out of pockets (A little scholarship money/grants here and there but for the most part, me.)

I already sold a car to help pay for college, so money for me is a little harder to come by... Though if I can, I'm heading to a convention... Just wish more happened on the West coast..

Let's see...
West Coast.
Norwestcon, in Seatle is a great one.
There's a BIG fun con on the west coast, in California, with a strong vore presence from what I understand. (I'll never get back there again; never fly again, it would literally kill me, the docs say.)
Google science fiction conventions, and you'll get a ton of listings.
Heck, take the money you were gonna use to send for my books and go to a con instead; the experience will be better for you in the long run.
*grins and hugs*
RL, such as it is at a convention, beats the hell out of anything my poor talents can create...

Poor talents? Surely you jest! You are the reason I started writing vore/erotic fiction!

And I am still planning on buying the books. I just have to find time between setting up a surprise anniversary party, getting through finals, unpacking, studying and working... I just have not made it to the post office to get the money order. (I actually hope to tomorrow... But we shall see)

I'll look up the cons here on the west coast and see what I can come up with... Though I still have to say, I may make a special trip out to one of the cons you go to, just so I can meet you..

Thanks for both the comments.
I may not always get to answering fast, but I do appreciate them.
I'm kind of a slow typist anyway, and I can't use my left hand much now, which has slowed me down quite a bit.
But I promised myself I wouldn't use stock answers or spam for these things.
