Megumi was a foundling, raised by adoptive parents in America. She never knew who her parents were.

Once she reached adulthood, she discovered her oni blood comes out whenever she's experiencing great jealousy or distress. It was rather an interesting thing to deal with at college, living away from home for the first time!
