I know it doesn't look like one.See this is why I'm not made for long-term projects. This thing that doesn't even have a punchline and is mostly meant for character development (And because that old comic from earlier made me want to draw more of the Bellhop
), took me more than two weeks to get done :/ wELP it's here though >:} Hallelujah--Aaanyway.
I headcanon this guy to be in his early 20's, just for clarification. And with the whole backstory I pulled out of nowhere with him having been one of the trapped children before the janitor took him in, his loyalties are divided and he kinda struggles with it, trying his best to fit in with the ship crew. Am I overthinking it? Maaaybe.
Fun fact: those "beautiful" close up shots you get of his hands holding the girl? I had to pose my own hands for a reference. But I needed something to hold. And guess what? A ruler-sized child kinda has the height and width of a plastic, half-litre water bottle. Who knew?
