I really like it.
The only critique I have is that the horse is smudged too much to fit into the background well [Try it on a lower opacity level?] and the tail is WAY too smudged. Try using a 1px brush for the ends of the mane/forelock/tail so it looks better. Also, cutting is just a tad sharp in some places.
