Just remember you are strong. You are strong for making it this far, and you can make it further. Ask for help if you need, or just let it all out, whether to someone individually or to the whole community. You can do it. I know life is unfair and happiness is sometimes not a choice, but the only thing we can do is to press on and beat it. Show yourself and others that you are not going to be defeated. It will take time, and it will take a lot of courage and strength, but I am sure you have it. I do not know of your life, I am not part of your everyday activities, but I know that if you're here, you've made it already so far. Stay with us. You are beautiful just the way you are. You may not see it when you look into the mirror but others do. Even if some don't, they blinded themselves from the beauty.
