GINORMOUS FILE! jsyk.Instead of reading the assigned stuff for art history, I procrastinated by making this tutorial. This method is actually very easy and almost doesn't require steps. I found it kinda hard to actually break it up into chunks, since I basically did all of them in my head as I looked at and drew it. I have to learn to do layouts better...

I'm also thinking that is there any online gallery of famous paintings? I tried google but sites i got were.. very confusing.

Very interesting method on finding inspiration.. I hate the stuff ''look around you, look around photos, listen to music'' and other bullshit.. They never really helped me. I might try it right away.

Sometimes I do get inspired by that kind of stuff, but it's rare for me. I'm very visual, so this kind of stuff works way better for me. (Actually, I'm so visual it takes me less effort to tell time on an analog clock than a digital one!

I think I did something like this with the Mona Lisa, I changed it to the lead singer of Hinder. I got a laugh out of that. Don't know where the image is though...
