Meet Mar! The evildoer of Windermere ^^Im not sure how I came up with his design. One day I was just thinking about what a bad horse to go against my characters would look like and his guy spontaneously came into mind. Of course, his markings changed quite a bit - he had a lot more black tattoo markings
done in prisma pens and markers
