She looks like the viewer is about to do something indecent to her. On the one hand, my instincts scream hug, love, protect. On the other they scream pomf. It's like she's trying to make it as hard to control as possible, with as much cuteness as she's displaying.

not everything with fish tail will need scale . Many types of fishes ddont have scale. Plus this is work design based on an order about aΒ Dugong. If u wanna know what type of fish, pls notice the shape of tail, fin , colour, etc
