sketchy? That's brush pen, it's a technique I learned in comic. Hard to master, but SO worth it. XD

Brush pen is specifically made for this kind of featherng technique, though when you first get one it's more of a fill pen until you can get it so that it'll make this effect.

As said with the previous one, she doesn't seem the type to get grand wings like these, however. She seems more the type to get warrior wings...
To put it in presepctive, have you watched the show, 'The Fallen'? Those types of wings on the Powers would work best for her.
