Description
I was listening to a song, and i had an urge to make something relating to it.I like it, and the smudging is way better than i ever do, but it still sucks.

Hey Dis! It's Moo here, from the GDC. Anyway, critique.
You need to add more thin individual hairs to the mane, and definately the tail. I'd watch your cutting. Although there is no background showing (which is great!), there are some spots you need to work on.
1- The front right hoof. The cutting is a bit too smooth where the hoof meets the hocks. Also, the point of the hoof is a bit to harsh, and the bottom is a bit wobbly.
2- The back left leg. Near the hoof the leg kind of loses it's shape. It seems to be more cylindrical than it should be.
3- Other parts of the body (mainly near the rump and belly) seem a bit wobbly to me, but it may just be the scan lines.
You need to add splashes near the horse's hooves. It doesn't seem realistic without them (as you know, lol).
I personally don't like the text. It might just look better if you made it a bit bigger. Otherwise, I have no suggestions. Look for Porsche on the GDC.
The horse's outline seems just a tiny bit too sharp for the background. Maybe add a slight Gaussian Blur effect, or get a very small feather brush and fix it up.
The horse seems a bit too light for the background. Maybe try a greyish tint from the sea or the sky? Or even just darken it. Whatever you prefer.

But i cant get the smudging out really nice. But i cant even smudge nice on a good program. hehe

VERY awesome, love it... you should listen to songs more often, though i think it'd look more awesome if you add lyrics in a rednesek font, and then do the wind effect just saying, but if you leave it that's good to!
