Fingers ran over the strings of his guitar in a blurr. It was a steadily fast pace song as he sang his heart out. The crowd in front of him clapped to the beat, only making it more of a thrill for Nathan. The ginger’s voice rang from the mic that stood in front of his toes. His lips practically hugged the roundness of the mic. Thank goodness the few people in the front weren’t looking at him when he accidentally touched the mic, his lips brushing against the mic. The taste of the metal was no surprise to him but he moved his head away from the mic to avoid touching it as much as possible.
Sometimes the crowd would sing along with him when the song got repetitive enough to memorize it. That wasn’t the only thing he realized about the crowd, however. It was very normal for his crowds to be all human. Ever since he met Saffron, he’s been noticing more werewolves. His wolf would sense it even before he could lie eyes on these fellow creatures. It was almost chilling, but no matter how hard he tried, Nathan had to focus on his song without interrupting himself. It wouldn’t do any good if he stumbled over his words on the stage in front of his fans. He didn’t want anyone to worry about him.
Nathan stiffened as he played a song, sensing someone enter the bar. It wasn’t just someone though. It was definitely a werewolf. He could smell it through the thick scents of the alcohol-ridden atmosphere. He could only assume who they would be, Nathan hasn’t mastered his skills yet to determine who is who yet. But he had a few good guesses as he tried to nitpick the werewolf from the crowd. His words were smooth and steady as he sang, as if nothing was happening. Were they a good werewolf? Were they a good person? Nathan was unsteady emotionally, though, and all he knew is that something could either go wrong, or things could turn out really well if he managed to bump into this person. What should he do? Stay calm? Fuck, he really needed to talk to Saffron about honing his senses.
