The remnants of a mid-spring shower were on their way out--a lazy breeze taking the lingering clouds elsewhere. Though the land was damp from the storm, the weather was cool and refreshing. It was just the right sort of brisk for a stroll, or perhaps some scouting. Neith made her way from the den to go about her day's duties, but somewhere along the line, the spy acquired a shadow... A very annoying shadow.

"Where are you going?" Kefir asked, following along as she made her way through the foothills. "Are you doing that Rhete-ing business again? Can I watch? Oh--I'll help. With your Rhetery."

"You don't have the not-talking bit down," she replied, seemingly unconvinced.

Kefir looked up at his sister where she was making headway up the rocky slope ahead. He narrowed his eyes indignantly, peering back at her and looking just a few moments away from sticking his tongue out over the offense. "I would make a--Hey--Wait up--Neith--" The dark male bounded after her, climbing his way up the ascent. Well... He could at least find some good herbs while they were out, if she wasn't going to let him help with the reconnaissance bit.

Somehow, I think this is only the second time I've collabed with Jaeggy outside of bigger group/plot events. Nonetheless, I had the great privilege of ruining Jae's sketch, line, and color work with my bg and shading skills. Like a child with crayons I am.
