I don't think those are pistol caliber. To be an SMG it has to fire pistol ammo. That's a C.A.R. or compact assault rifle. Still an awesome design though 
Oh and I ran into this same problem with my Mk.1 series.

na its like an mp7a1 its as mobile as an smg but with the power of an AR therefore just a powerful SMG
