Description
This is an old picture that I made a while back but due to my hectic schedule, I could not manage to upload.This is also a showcase of one of Gar's attacks, the Volt Touch. Yes, he still uses electricity in his attacks. I haven't drawn him using those in ages, so I understand if you though that those were gone.

I have a feeling that it's the code standard of 120 volts that is going through that bolt. Is he powerful enough to charge it at 240 volts too?
