Description

In this universe of mine, In my own spin on the vampire lore. Is that the original species back long way back. The species were original a sentient carnivorous plant. Something that wouldn't die in sunlight, but had some sensitivity to the natural light of the sun.

As time passed by, the food chained had changed a lot throughout the period. Which forces the plant to had to evolve and get more and more creative in it's ways that it catches it prey. Developing a number of abilities, and as well as to mimic the human form.

A misconception that many mistook in the folklore, Is that their biology is near to humans. Which is wrong, the true biology of vampire is far more complex. With the exterior of their physiology looks exactly like humans, but the interior is vastly different in color, organs, cells, body parts, etc.

To best describe them over the periods of time was more like a monster wearing the skin of a human.

for digestion Their primary source of food is blood, from any source of the animal kingdom. Anything else will cause their bodies to become violently ill, and will reject anything that isn't blood. A full stomach, (Typically is the amount of a 120lb adult human.) Can last them about two and a half weeks. Though in modern days, and high numbers of vampires. They have adapted to drinking less, and learned more and better ways to stretch out their source of foods.

Their fangs are the best tools to pierce skin, while their long tendril like tongues latches onto open wound, and drink blood up. Something similar to how a mosquito feeds.

Warning:If vampire does not drink enough blood to curve their hungry the following symptoms will take place. That being insomnia, sudden outburst, moods swings, blood trance, frenzy like hungry. Then will worsen if still going through starvation, such as. permanent slight transformation (devolving), and mental instability.

Warning: any non vampire who ingest vampiric blood will a suffer painful death. vampiric blood is toxic to anyone that doesn't have the vampire genome.

Notes: 60% of vampire in modern day can die from exposure to sunlight, while 40% is immune to the harmful rays and will suffer slight annoyance.
