Uh.. I followed this tutorial, but when I after did the shadow, it still have the lineart with it ;-; so what sould i do?

Sorry for the late reply. I don't have Paint Tool SAI anymore because I got a new computer, but I'll try to answer your question with my memory of the program.
Make sure a "copy" of your original lineart and colors are in a "separate" folder. Once in a separate folder, that's when you can change any colors of your copied illustration to your desires.
