but maybe i have still some things to read and then chose wich one will be good for me

If your budjet permitting, I recommend EF 70-200mm f/4 L IS USM. Probably everyone would recommend that one for sure. Absolutely a great lens. But of course it depends on what kind of objective you need.
L-series is always safe choice..
