Description
After a few days of just staring at this piece and not knowing what else to do with it (and even sidetracking to draw this one: ) I figure it's about time I just stopped fucking with it for the moment and post what I have. They say that one of the hardest things as an artist is deciding when their work is done. Generally I decide that when there's no room left on the paper to draw, but I don't want to risk ruining this one with some afterthought background that doesn't fit well with the rest of the drawing. Perhaps more will be added to this one day, but that's not going to be soon.Related content

Is this link relevant in some way to my drawing or are you just spamming?

If it has no relevance to my piece then yes, it is spam.

To expand a little: the thicker lines make this an altogether better entry. The figure itself looks correct, although broken or unfinished. Now what to do about the lack background?

By far my favorite piece of yours. I love this.

I think it works well against he white background. The solid black lines and skeleton/robot look are very bold and striking!

I like the detail, and "chaotic-fractal" composition. It leads the eye around the whole piece, and keeps me interested. Well done!

i agree, has a great abstract appeal with all that circuitry

Well, I do think this lacks a background but other than that, it is your best piece no doubt. The design and details are mindblowing. Keep up the good work!

Well I do love this! You can see something that looks like a brain almost in his head!

Nice. I think it would look cool if some of the wires were colored, just a minimal amount of color like some of your other drawings.

Please, stop doing something with this picture! It looks great! So fun and detailed!
You can add any words... but nothing else. I think that you end up this work well!

Maybe for a background it would be interesting to explore the idea of "melting" in some fashion, since both processors and people (mentally) occasionally run into that problem....but sometimes the eyes and mind just need some time to freshen back up on a piece. Put it in a closet and don't look at it for 3 or 6 months
I like where it currently is. It's a slightly scary thought to consider what some of the more powerful processors would be like in animate form

A melting backdrop is a really interesting idea, I could see that working. If I ever do decide to go back and add a background to this that might just be what I go for

Really cool dude!!! now the nextt step, use a ruler! LOL I hate rulers but robots are formed with straight lines or perfect prisms >____<

Bah! I used a messy ballpoint pen with a ruler and perfect symmetry in my drawing "Mind in Machine" so now I've drawn "Processor in Person" with a fine-tipped art pen with no ruler and asymmetry
My next drawing is utilizing a lot of ruler, but there's going to be no robots

Amazingly well drawn. I think this is quite the impressive piece, personally, and I feel a background wouldn't add anything. Your style is busy, but this image has so many minute details that a background, no matter how simplistic, would clutter it. Keep it as it is: beautiful.

Thanks for the comment! I agree, and that's mostly what I was afraid of; the background would either distract or make things too noisy. I'm glad that you enjoy it as it is

I love how ridiculously complex this is, and especially in comparison to a blank background. Or maybe the background could be some kind of simple gradation scale. I dunno, in any case I love it so.

I had an idea to add a peaceful park scene, but I'm thinking it's going to stay as is. I don't want to make the drawing too messy.
