the title reminds me of this " Once, an Engine attached to a train was afraid of few drops of rain it went into a tunnel and wouldn't come out again. The engine's name is Henry. Short hair fits her better because in my opinion:

1. When she has long staright hair, on appearence wise, she gives me an impression that she is a graceful, elegant, and timid lady. Also, with the expression she has on the bottom right picture,she reminds me of GLaDOS and your GLaDOS has long hair.

2. The current hairstyle is cuter and in first impression, she gives me the impression that she is a cheerful, perky, sarcastic umm... maybe kind of person. The hairstyle also fits her voice better.

P.S. I like how you draw P-Body on the bottom right panel.
