i just wanted to practice my run cycles but i failed again omgi know where i messed up and i was too lazy to fix it

|3 well the reason behind 29 is because thats the standard for all video these days. 29 or 30 frames a second are pretty standard

you're probably thinking live video or videogames. The human eye sees at a rate of 30 frames per second, naturally, and videos and videogames are filmed/animated at that rate.
Animation is typically at 24 frames per second. the amount of framerate has nothing to do with the amount of frames in the animation. If i animated 14 frames in this animation and it is whatever framerate it is (i dont know because photoshop doesn't work that way), it doesn't have to be 14 frames per second in order for it to look normal. If i animated at 24 frames per second i still wouldn't need 24 frames to make it look good. same for 30 fps
