Medium: FinelinersFinally, a new original character and a brand new story! It was great trying out new styles and shift my focus from fantasy to the near future.
Stacy Hills is the Programming Department Manager at Vanlos. Vanlos is one of the leading AI technology companies in 2035, headquarter in California. As the leader of the programming department, Stacy discovered the company started a terrifying joint project with its business rival - Penumbra... Together with her husband Shad Hills (Vanlos senior programmer), they began to uncover the century's biggest technology scandal.

There's kind of a neo-80s flair that I'm liking. It's curbed by the timeless styles I've seen show up every 15 years. There are styles I've seen from the 80s that were inspired by the 50s, but either exagerrated the shoulder pads or focused on sharper lines. In your case, things feel slimline and polished. This is actually my favorite kind of anime/manga character design as well. Just enough realism to make it appeal to a mature audience, but stylized enough to offer impression.

Yes, it does fit well with your art style. I think there's something about 80s scifi that hit just the right flair for the futuristic. There's certain aspects of fashion that will always be timeless. The 80s borrowed a bit from the late 40s, but improved upon the cut and fit. At least you didn't add the shoulder pads of glory.
