Kage's magic Ice Dragon Slayer. basically self explanatory on what it does. he and his sister were raised by dragons. they were seperated during an accident when they were young and found by dragons later on. kage was taught by his foster parent dragon. when the dragons disappered they found each other and set out to find there dragon parents. while they were seaching for there parents they found some rocks that looked like ice so kage ate some and went wild. and got seperated from his sister again. he joined fairy tail after he fell from the sky while he was wild with power and shortly after that his sister found him and they both joined fairy tail (they were they same age as natsu and they joined the same time natsu did.) phantom guild incident they were gone searching for there parents and no one could find them. Kage's personality is the exact oppisite from his sister. he hates fire and lightning. so he saty's away form natsu and other fire and lightning users. he dislike his sister choice on a crush which is natsu.
