OPERATION GALACTIC STORM part 6:
The Imperial Guardsmen who kidnapped Rick Jones find and infiltrate the old, abandoned Kree base and successfully find the Psyche-Magnitron, the prize they were seeking. But they also tripped a security feature: a long dormant Kree Sentry! Kree Sentries are extremely powerful and hard to damage. 30 feet tall, 5 tons and intelligent, they also pack enough firepower to be a major threat for even the most powerful foes.
This particular Kree Sentry claims to have lain dormant for 250 centuries, just waiting for non-free to be ballsy enough to rill into his crib, yo.
Even as powerful as the Imperial Guard member are, they may be outmatched. The Sentry can blast them with massive bursts of energy, can self-repair quickly even if damaged, incredibly strong and let’s be honest…he was programmed by the Kree so he’s a huge asshole, as well.
Oracle’s telepathic powers are useless on a robot, so her companions push the attack. Sadly they pretty much forget about poor, hypnotized Rick Jones, who just stands there waiting t get zapped to death with deadly space robot beams….
