OPERATION GALACTIC STORM part 4:Traveling with the hypnotized Rick Jones to the hidden Kree base they were searching for, the Shi’ar Imperial Guardsmen are ready for danger. The base, once belonging to Captain Marvel’s former commander in the Kree Military, Yon-Rogg, it was thought by the Captain to have been destroyed completely. The Shi’ar though the base may survive, and the treasure they seek still intact.
One of the Shi’ar warriors is called Tempest, an electricity wielding alien of great power. You can totally tell he’s an electric guy, too, what with the giant lightning bolt on his chest. Super-powered guys with electric powers usually have those. It’s totally a thing.
Anyway, they were totally right about the base…while the upper levels were gone, the lower levels survived. And the device they sought, the Psyche-Magnitron….a machine designed by the Kree that, among other things, is able to give super powers to living beings. Well that just sounds pretty cool, but it’s no iPad.
