This guy is the Two-Gun Kid. If you couldn't tell, he is a cowboy. He was also a lawyer. Which is why for he can afford two guns, what which is where from he got his name, I reckon.Anyway, he lived in Old West times doing cowboy stuff until Hawkeye decided to take him to the Present Day after time travel craziness involving Kang the Conqueror, the time-traveling Avengers bad guy.
