Alright folks, here is my newest OC, Ryan McCormick/Masked Rider Raigeki! He is my first Kamen Rider/Sailor Moon OC who's color scheme is similar to Drew McCormick's Blue Stinger Borg armor from Big Bad BeetleBorgs, plus he's a W/Double Rider.

And here is how he morphs.

Ryan: Kabuto Phone, come forth! It's Morphin Time!

Ryan/Raigeki: The Electrical Soldier, Masked Rider....Raigeki! Ready......FIGHT!

His backstory is like this, Ryan McCormick has had it rough because his father, Maven, tried to force him to take over the family business when he didn't want to and he told him that he wanted to go to college and get a major in gaming and software design while also getting his P.I. license. His overbearing father kept telling him it was a waste of time and that gaming is for the weak, until his mother, Layla, stood up and punched him in the jaw so bad he was bleeding, she tells him that she had enough of him telling that he is everything that is wrong with the family business, but he punched his own wife when Ryan broke his father's arm, needless to say, he couldn't take it anymore and ran away. Layla was heartbroken and decided to send Maven to jail and filed for divorce because she told him that he was not Ryan's real father at all, but a psychopath who forced his mom to marry him and murdered his real father.

Ryan runs away and doesn't know where to go. He packed all his money, clothes and food into several cases and even took his gaming equipment with him as well and he went looking for an apartment but is then captured by a monster called a Skeledard and it was a new creation of a shady group that seems to be picking up where Foundation X left off and he is broken out of there by a rogue scientist who is staging an uprising against this group and put an end to their plans to revive the Negaverse leader Queen Beryl and all the other villains the Sailor Scouts defeated. The scientist revealed their name was Dr. Jessica Skylark-Caelum, she gives Ryan a device called the VoltaBrace and a Kabuto Phone Memory Gadget as well as Gaia Memories similar to the ones used by Double and Accel during their battles with the Dopants.

When he sees the Sailor Scouts in trouble, he uses the Kabuto Phone, Lightning Gaia Memory and the VoltaBrace to call on the power of thunder and lightning to become Masked Rider Raigeki, the electrical warrior. Ryan reunites with his mom after she gets full custody of him and she reveals the truth about his real father, Aiden, he had heard about Foundation X and their horrible experiments on humans without their consent. He had developed technology and sophisticated weapons that he believes can stop them, because of Ryan's skills, he had been chosen to use said weapons to defend Rainfall Grove, he is equipped with awesome vehicles, Gaia Memory powered weaponry and powerful Megazords in case the Skeledards go giant.

But, Ryan allies himself with the Sailor Scouts and ends up falling for Lita, but the Scouts are given new weapons, skills and armor to fight against the Skeledards with.
