Now this is the one who will help the Dino Force Rangers out with a new problem. And a friend of Spike, this is Tobias Michaels, an OC of mine who is also Masked Rider Wizard Warrior.

Tobias Michaels used to be an ordinary young man, who always liked to go to college, play videogames and hang out with his friends. But that all changed one day when a being known as Weisman had risen from the beyond and emassing an army of monster known as the Dark Phantoms, monsters who seek to conquer the world through fear and despair. They also seem to be seeking out humans who have high levels of magic in them called Magits. Tobias is given the MagiBelt and a whole set of Rings to fight against Weisman and his Dark Phantom's by a mysterious White Sorcerer and is living with Kevin Wajima, master ring crafter and magician. With his mystical companion WizarDragon and his bike Star Winger by his side, Tobias remains ever vigilant and ready at a moments notice to call on his powers to become Masked Rider Wizard Warrior. Tobias first meets the Dino Force Rangers in a three-part story called 'The Magical Rider' and he also meets one of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Kimberly Ann Hart as she washes up on the shore of the Dinomarium.

I based his appearance on Haruto Soma/Kamen Rider Wizard, one of my favorite Riders in the franchise next to Black RX, J, Kuuga and Ex-Aid. And if he were to appear in the Power Rangers universe, I'd like to see him be played by Matthew Lawrence. Tobias' morph call is allot different from the Dino Force Rangers, he presses one of his rings to the buckle of his belt and he switches it from Right Hand to Left Hand mode as it chants 'Ashadobee Touche De Transformium' repeatedly and Tobias uses the phrase "Magi Power....Rider Force!" as the belt says 'Fire Ruby, Heat, Heat, Heat Heat Heat It Up!" His weaponry includes the Magiblaster, a gun that turns into a sword, he also has his Wizard Rings that give him access to different forms based on a different Gem stone and Element, Fire Ruby, Water Sapphire, Tornado Emerald and Earth Topaz. He can also merge with WizarDragon to bost his power and he's still trying to find the Infinity Diamond before Weisman's battle-crazed liutennant Pyrebird get's his sticky fingers on it. But, he also has the help of Dex Stewart/Masked Rider of Edenoi, Kit Talyor/Kamen Rider Dragon Knight, Len/Kamen Rider Wing Knight and Kase/Kamen Rider Siren who are fighting some of the Dark Phantoms that have aided Count Dregon and General Xaviax.
