Description
Since I started working out Mastermage stories in my head, I started imagining what the cover of his first comic book issue would look like. This was my first idea. Water energy behind his head, Earth energy collecting his his right hand, Fire blazing in his left, and Air crackling with energy beneath him.I'm really happy with how this came out. Once I got the hang of the technique I used to make shadows in "IN THE NAME OF RAWK", making this was actually a breeze. Time-consuming, yes, but I couldn't be more pleased with the results.
After this I'll post a "variant cover" of this image. Critique of both highly appreciated.

Love it! Looks great, dear.
However, since you wanted critique, personally I think the shadows on your face are way too much. Know how you were saying you didn't want him to look sinister? Well its looking a little on the sinister side with all that shadow right there.
Aside from that, the effects look REALLY cool, I especially like how the fire came out.
