Description
I think the original reason I drew this was because I was boob-starved. And I'd recently seen one of those Hot Topic skimpy nurse dress outfit things, and I thought, man, that's hot. So I drew it on Shei, and I'm rather pleased at how she's only just barely wearing it. If anything, what she's wearing as underwear is more apparent than her outerwear.

The original colors had her with green hair, but she looked WAY too much like some gender-bender of the Joker, so now it's blue.

I'm not sure where her electric pylons are, but the sketch I came up with had her in a pose implying that she was backed up against a wall, so apparently just this once she's able to harness electric energy without them.

And O SNAPP ITS A BAKCGRUOND. I never do those. What the fuck gives, right?

Once again, I'm attempting to overcome my fear of inks. But my ink work isn't terribly apparent here, so have a look at this here [link] to see the progression from sketch to colors.
