Iolo's new ref layout 'cause the old one was crappy.

Name: Iorwerth (Welsh name meaning "Handsome/worthy lord")
Pronounced: “your-wear-th”
Known as: Iolo
Pronounced: “yo-lo”
Gender: Male
Age: 53. Iolo’s rate of aging is very much lower than a humans and he could live up to a few hundred years old.
Height (not including antlers):
Faun: 5’ 2”

Taur: 6’4”
Magic: Encourages growth in plant life. At the moment he has no control over it but when he regains some of his memory and unlocks his "Deity" form he will recover the full (or near full as it may be in Hetherev!) extent of his power.

Personality & other Info:
Iolo is utterly fascinated by plant life and spends all his time discovering their properties and looking for new species he can study. There’s rarely a time when there aren’t one or two bundles of herbs drying from the sides of his satchel (hemp, not leather!) to sell on his next trip into a town/village. He prefers fresh ingredients for his own poultices and medicines. Naturally, his knowledge also extends to the creation of poisons though he would never sell these and would only use them in dire situations. He is a wholly non-confrontational individual, he has a deep fear of any predator based beings (though this may lessen with positive interactions ) he also blushes easily and develops a stutter when nervous. When he’s not stuttering he has a lovely sing-song Welsh accent

Though timid, Iolo is quite friendly and does enjoy the company of others when he gets to know them. He probably wouldn't know what to do about any romatic advances and they would probably be met with a great amount of stuttering and blushing in response to even the most casual flirt!

Iolo’s favourite food is mushrooms! He would never eat any meat (including fish) and the sight of meat/blood really unnerves him.

Mount
Name: Owain - "Oh-wine"
Species: Snow Leopard
Personality: Playful and friendly. Kitten-like.
Other: Because of Iolo's fear of killing, Owain only eats fish and does so out of Iolo's sight. He also likes some of Iolo's cooking but has to be careful not to eat too much of it as his body is not suited to digesting it. Though very friendly to anyone he meets, if your character attacks Iolo be warned, Owain will defend him aggresively.

Missing Items
Golden Circlet.
Difficulty: Very hard, this is Iolo's most important lost item (though he of course doesn't realise that right now...) so it can't be too easy to find because it's very small/would move Iolo's plot forward to quickly!

Location: Somewhere in the Kobekan mountains. Perhaps a ravine or cavern. May have attracted magical beasties because of it's strong magic, so might be guarded.

Properties: This circlet will unlock a big chunk of Iolo's memories and also his powers. He will be able to take his fourth "deity" form and will be able to manipulate certain parts of nature to his will. Won't be as potent as in his normal world and so he will lose most of his personality when in his "Deity" form so he will only take it when in very bad situations, since he will often forget the purpose of why he took it and start doing something else... Mostly just making stuff grow XD

Tattered Note Book.
Difficulty: Slightly difficult but only cause it's kind of small!

Location: Somewhere in Ventry, perhaps a book store or Tinker's packs.

Properties: This is a note book filled with Iolo's research into plants... It only really has value to herbologists/alchemists. It does have some recipes for potent potions and poisons so could be dangerous in the wrong hands. But only if the finder could be bothered and able to decipher Iolo's scrawling, spidery, handwriting! This item would unlock Iolo's emotional memories, remind him why he was alone when he fell through the rift into Hetherev, who he is and some of his history.

Red Cloak.
Difficulty: Not very hard at all... it's a bright red cloak, I'm pretty sure you'd notice that on a sandy beach!

Location: A beach on Mellekori Island.

Properties: It's a cloak... it keeps him warm and less nekkid.

Is there anything you feel very STRONGLY that your character NOT be drawn doing?: Iolo should never be seen as being actively aggressive, rude, loud and NEVER eating meat!
