Probably my favourite photo from my day in the city. You'll see this guy a few times."Support street performance," is something this guy said while trying to convince everyone to give him money.

Do i see an insight into the photographers personality and personal preference for photos? The tight cropping to only reveal wat appears to a male nude, could be because of wanting to cut out stuff in the background, but i think maybe u saw this shot because of the 'male artistic nude' you endevour to get out there.

This guy seems like a fairly well off street peformer, after all he had a mic there 
great shot, the light is awsome, this could almost been a studio shot!

Actually it was more a matter of wanting a solid background, plus it made him seem more isolated in his craziness than if he'd had the city behind him.
Of course, I think that people should look at this - at what I'm able to do with someone out on the street - and start throwing themselves at me to do more staged photos. Artistic nudes included.

this is a really interesting portrait. I love the shadows & lighting, and how you've captured his expression. Kinda gives you an insight into him - which is what portraits are supposed to do

I don't get into the city that often, and that's really the only place you find these performers (that I've noticed, anyway
I was happy with the background, too! And the craziness of his act is what gave me that background, rather than a whole bunch of people and buildings and busy crap like that. Which will be shown in upcoming photos.
