The second of the trio, Penelope Juliet Itzel (eventually Penelope Juliet Verloren nee Itzel), Icarus' Lover and Sanctuary. Honestly, the more I draw her, the darker and rounder her face gets. At least I have a consistent hairstyle now. And this is the Oh Wonder song, btw. Dunno if there's another song with this title, but this is specifically the Oh Wonder song because it fits Penelope and Icarus perfectly.
