Bio:
The first thing that happened in Vex’s life is them being an egg in a nest where their parents had them, hidden away to keep them safe. It didn’t stay that way for long because just a few months before they hatched a couple of Team Rocket pokemon had a mission to take the egg away. While they fled one of the pokemon tripped making the egg fall and roll away. The pokemon that dropped the egg quickly rushed over before picking it up and running off to one of their many secret bases. When they got to the base they checked over the egg not noticing anything wrong with it before putting it into the hatchery.
When Vex hatched everyone was surprised by how short they were, their legs were so short it reminded others of Yamper. It turned out that the fall has caused their body to be such short stature. Their younger years they were bullied and made fun of because of how small they were so Vex learned that one thing to do to stop them was to act violent and fight them, that usually shut them up. When the bullying calmed down they were finally able to show more of their true self and showed how protective and open minded they were. Vex wants everyone to be happy but isn’t afraid to get dirty, it’s how they see the rocket way.
