I didn't know that pandas ever looked this cute!
You've done an excellent job capturing the panda, and the pose that s/he's in is totally adorable.
This photo is really great: There's not much that I can see here that needs improving. Mostly, though, I would say that you could experiment with the placement of the subject a bit.
The colour red (in this case the fur) draws the eye, and my eyes always want to go towards the centre of a picture. You may want to try adding a little more foreground to the picture, so that maybe the face would be up a little higher, and thus what people see first, so that they don't just see the fur. That's just my opinion, though.
In its current state, this picture is really awesome. Keep up the amazing work!
