Knowing that I never been able to
Dreaming about your emotions
Knowing that you won’t show them
Dreaming about your sensitive body
Knowing that you can ignore it

Just look like each other
And at the same time
So different…

I like it. I think the first two lines are interesting. But the fifth to last line, I think you want just "sensitive" rather than "sensitiveness," sensitive is the adjective form and sensitiveness is the noun.

Anyway, good job!
