Description
Impetuous courage! To deliever poetryto the man who holds my affection.
(Love is wiser than I, and older
so you hold the seed and not the flower)
I pray this pleases you
the offering of secret places
hitherto guarded and hidden
Will I be unmasked?
Ignorant I am of my own intentions
The answer lurks in the future
Even as I adore the smile
delievered by plain paper and ink
My heart trembles to be discovered
Laid bare to your possible rejection
For if you have not noticed me
(as a woman, not only a person)
prior to the enticing written words,
What hope have I
When the masquerade ends?
With paper mask and paper shield
my identity is not revealed
My words of affection have been spoken
and my heart remains yet unbroken

This is really good! P.S. The guy would be a fool to reject you! ^___^
