This hulking butcher is a high-ranking janitorial unit within the Meat Factory hierarchy. Rather than arming itself with dangerous knives, Slaughterface uses its modestly sized hook to collect discarded remnants and feeds them to the mutagenic tankard strapped to its back. This reanimates the flesh into a mindless and murderous shlop that proves highly efficient for taking out unwarranted health inspectors.
