In the future, cruel enemies of Batman used that against him and always held human shields, which cost Batman several bitter defeats and loss of life because he couldn't do his job. That changed him.

...would be my idea for a different take on the dark knight. ^^

Ok, if bats is "failing" then it would be in Bruce's character to regroup and out-wit his enemies. Do you read batman? there is no scenario "in the future" that is more risky or intense that the scenarios he has already faced. and there have been painful losses and defeats. Bruce, unlike other comic heroes, is just a man, and we get that he makes mistakes. What makes him a hero in the world he operates in and not just another vigilante, is the fact that he is completely unyielding concerning his moral stances. One of his major moral stances being, "I don't use guns."

Guns are fine, I fire guns in real life and have characters of mine even that use them, but as bats made that a major point of his character and stance, if you did this, you would break him.

That was my 2 cents but honestly, are you seriously debating this with me like it was a serious matter? Dear, turn off the computer. Go outside. I know, I know, it's bright and scary out there, but you'll be glad you did after your eyes adjust and the culture shock wears off. *patpat*

Ehrm...you ask if I debate that with you? I honestly don't. It was just an idea. I on the other hand had really no idea that some poeple take it THAT serious.

It's a bit ironic though, defending the honor of a fictional character and advising me to go out more. But whatever, I never intended to fight over this, not in the slightest. ^^

LOL look at you trying to white knight your way out of things XD You're so cute. first off, Actually, you're the one that left me stunned that you took it so seriously, but I decided, for the sake of playing along, to apply a little logic to the thing. It's not hard to take two seconds and think about something we're talking about. Oh, maybe it is for you? yeah, I dunno. As for taking a character seriously....Have you....been around this website long? Character design and creation is like half of what people on this site do! I love little idiot people that sit there and act like the shows, comic books, and video games people bring you don't take a lot of effeort or thought. A lesson for you; They do. Everything you see in a comic, show, video game or book, is by design. It's put there because the author WANTED you to think on it and to notice it. This is why you won't ever see a character like bruce wayne, act like, oh, say, spungebob squarepants! Why? because there are rules that govern his character, his personality, and the rules and laws of his world reality.

I guess in short what I'm saying is, some of us like to read and use our brains. If that's not your bag, then again, I stress, go outside, get some sunlight. If you're just vegitating then you're missing the point of life. Maybe you're more of a jock than a thinking man? Go out and play some b-ball and find out because clearly online is hurting your head a bit XD
