I AM COFFEE! HEAR ME ROAR!Had to do a self-portrait for Typography & Illustration at uni. Decided to get a little abstract with it.
And now: to work.

Great concept, well executed! I love the implied atmosphere as well... just a few slightly blurred silhouettes and some soft lighting is all it took to create the rich feel of a coffee house environment

Ugh... I have decided I loathe InDesign. For some reason it didn't want to set my text straight... then it didn't want to export as a .pdf due to something about copyright issues on the typeface I used. It's a bloody system font for crying out loud.
Still, I will admit it's much easier for doing long blocks of text than Photoshop is.

I decided that pretty much the instant I started using it. It keeps screwing up my images & just being a general bastard.
I&T goes okay, the icon & poster are all done, just trying to figure out something more interesting for the brochure. I'm actually in class right now, I bet you're having more fun in the States

Yeah, images I've not had too much trouble with... after I found out the massive pixelation was just how InDesign operates. Text though was driving me balmy and I've still no idea how to warp it in that program.

Heh, oops. And yeah, the insane level of pixelation threw me for a while =/ I tried and failed to warp text, too. Mostly I'm struggling with what to actually write (yeah, I still haven't finished. Sigh.)
