Because my mom's a photographer I've been around it most my life, it just seemed natural to try it out and I like it :] I'm not much of an artist so this is one of the only ways I can really capture something :/ So I want to be good at it

Thanks Well, my mom has a fancy version of photoshop with hundreds of actions on it that I can use, and she lets my use her Nikon D700 and Nikon D200, which is definitely nice Then she has three or four lenses that I switch between based on what I'm photographing :]

not too bad in fact pretty sweet for a new photographer. i shoot with a Nikon D3000, and I also use my dads D80 occationally, along with five or six lenses. im chris by the way, nice to meet you lol

no problem!!! well first of all, what do you like to take pictures of? do you like to do still-lifes like you have done on ur profile (meaning you set up an image and then take the pic) or landscapes or animals or people? once you figure out what you like to take pictures of you can concentrate on that area and getting better at it. for instance, if you look at my pics, i do a lot of landscape and waterscape type work. ive leraned the settings and the lenses and stuff that work well with that.

Okay... hm, I'm not good at talking about myself :/ I don't know, music is everything to me, though I'm the only one in my family who plays anything. Um, I love to write and I've been kinda toying with poetry here on dA, but I mainly write books, I guess lengthy writings are more my forte, I've written three books. The first doesn't really count though the first novel pretty much sucked I don't know what to say *sigh* Yeah, that's pretty much it

Well I love photography and writing as well. I cook and bake obsessively (my favorite things to make are chocolate chip banana bread as well as a three layer chocolate cherry cake )

I play football, basketball, baseball, tennis, and I may throw the shotput for my school team this spring. I am 14, and I am a pretty good guy lol.

You're very sportsy, haha :] I play football with neighbors sometimes, they don't let girls on our school team, but we play it as a section thing in P.E. and I'm always QB so once when the guys were walking by to a field next to us, I passed the ball and they were like 'Niiice' now all the guys tease me about it

I'm 15, I'll be getting my permit in April when I turn 15 1/2, according to law where I live Woot!

Haha, well i love to bake, tis one of my absolute favorite things to do in the world. I've hearrd it helps with the ladies, but i wouldnt really know, im not exactly an attractive guy girls dont like me

Haha, no, that's not what I meant, I'm friends with a lot of the jocks in my school (I'm actually friends with someone in pretty much every 'clique' I'm what my school calls a 'bouncer' I bounce from clique to clique, haha) and when I say they teased me, I meant in a joking way, like they said it actually meaning it, but they'd say it like I was one of the guys *rolls eyes* The next NFL QB, I'm sure And I think they may allow girls on the team, but they make sure not to invite us and make it widely known that we're allowed Who are you rooting for, for the Super Bowl, Saints or Colts?

haha 6' 3" is actually a little low, im close to 6' 4", its always fun asking people to guess how old i am and then seeing their reaction when they hear im just 14 lol. and 5' 3" is cute, and vertically challenged is a great way to put it xDDD

Hmm im not sure for the super bowl. Probalby the Saints because it would do the city so much good. They are still reconvering from Katrina, and they could relaly use it. But i dont really have a side. and you?

Well guys don't see my photography skills or hear my writing, so that doesn't help there But I did remember something, a guy does like me right now, but it's kinda awkward because he sorta stalks me, but not like what you'd usually think :/ But I think he means well and it's not too bad we have lunch then our last two periods together, he doesn't exactly stalk me, just makes sure he ALWAYS walks with me to those classes, haha :] If cooking doesn't help with the ladies though, your college roomates will LOVE you

I like being a bouncer, pretty much everywhere I go there's a friendly face. I think I can be a bit of an example to people in my school too because I befriend people without caring about race, gender, or social status I'm in some advenced classes as well, math just isn't my strong suit and that kept me out of geometry and biology I don't care much about the class I'm in for math, but I was the top of all the classes my teacher taught last year and I sooo should be in Biology :/ *sigh* Oh well.

You're too tall! Two guys who sit at one of the tables I hang out at during lunch are that tall, one of them is actuall 6'5" it's pretty insane. I always tell them they're too tall and they say I'm too short Then I tell them that maybe I should grow a little and they should shrink a little so we can meet in the middle

Wow, you're the first person to have pretty much the exact same standing on the super bowl as me! Everyone in Arizona pretty much wants the Colts to win, but I think the Saints need and deserve the win, though I won't be yelling at the screen over Colt touchdowns and such

Well that doesn't sound good about the stalker-type guy o.O. i mean its good that someone likes you, but that could be annoying. I am the exact same way when it comes to friends. My religion is a Unitarian Universalist (www.uua.org) and we believe that everyone is worthwhile, everyone deserves to be cared for and loved. I take that literally, I try to be the nicest, best guy i can be.

I am not so great in math either... I take geometry, but i probably should be in algebra. I know EXACTLY what you mean about the math-science thing. I should be in Honors Bio, but because i didnt have a high enough math class, i couldnt ;( mebbe next year.

Haha i like being tall, except when i stand up on the schoolbus, i hit my head lol.

I was just in Arizona over Thanksgiving My mom got a job offer in Phoenix, so we may move out there. I love Arizona, but I love my home outside of Philadelphia a lot too. Especially because of all of my friends/school/acting (im an actor and do all of my school musicals)/singing (chorus)/ and all of that.

I will root for the Saints, and if they win, I'll just be extactic lol

Yeah, I'm in Algebra, which is good, because I think I'd die in geometry I don't understand really why we go so in depth with math, I mean, I can see why if you're going to be a mathmatician or a scientist, but I want to be a writer, and we don't need to know math

Ouch, that's not normal I'm glad I don't take the bus, I used to, but now I have a carpool, so I don't have to worry about the bus roof ;]

Arizona's okay, but summer's no fun If you move to Phoenix, I'll show you around You can go to Mt. View High School, they're awesome. Pretty much the best in everything ;] So you'd be covered with acting, singing, friends, even football.

Haha Well Unitarian Universalsim is a religion that means basically we don't believe one thing over another. We aren't Christian or Jewish or Buddhist or any of these. We accept everyone, and don't judge people no matter what. It's pretty nicea ctually. And thats totally true about guys and their egos .

Algebra is soo hard! I am in geometry but to me geometry makes much more sense. And i TOTALLY agree about not taking math and science unless you plan to go into that field. I want to be a lawyer, and one wouldn't need to know how to divide fractions to cross examine.

Haha the bus is ffunnny. But its kinda awkward lol.


I'm sure the summer in AZ isn't fun. It was in the 70's when we were there over Thanksgiving, and that was gorgeous. But I'm sure when its 115 and theres no breeze its ungodly

Me personally I do not believe in them. I believe in the Greek Gods and Goddesses (Zeus, Ares, Poseidon, Aphrodite, etc). But many of our memebers do believe in god.
