Finally Tosca got a ref! (:
Hope you like him and if you draw him, don't forget his lashes!
Hmm.. I wonder if I did his body a little too short?
And his tongue is dark purple and his footpads are black.

Short info about him:
He got a body type similar to a eastern dragon but with wings. Tosca is living on the same island as Neiu does and thinks he's scary but supercool. Tosca is easliy scared and have a short attention span when disturbed. He's is really small compared to Neiu. Tosca is a really friendly dragon and cares deeply about his friends.
Toscas abilities are: He kinda levitates instead of flying with his wings, which he only uses at gliding and making easier landings, good eyesight in dark, can use telepathy if he's concentrating hard, really good at swimming and his fire is shifting white to light purple.
Adversities: He is a scaredy cat,nervous, paranoid, easily tricked... Mental weakness.
